We are looking for self-starter individuals to sell the company's "innovative and low-cost programs" that promote local businesses to local consumers through HotBuysThisWeek.com unique "for business only" website and its various medias planned. You'll use our marketing strategy and tools and your knowledge of your city and your sales skills to develop and grow your market by securing "low-risk" commitments from Auto, RV, Power Sport and Watercraft Dealers, Real Estate Agents and Brokers and all types of Merchants.

Qualifications:

Must be an energetic team member with a proven record of successful sales. Experience in the Internet advertising and promotions market, positive attitude and a great sense of humor are a plus!

• Good knowledge of your local business marketplace.
• 2 years sales experience- preferably in advertising, but will consider all sales backgrounds.
• Strategic thinker with great communication and presentation skills at all sales levels.
• Self-motivated team player that can exceed goals and revenue expectations.
• Work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus, productivity and meeting deadlines.
• Flexible, and able to quickly adapt to new situations.
• At least the basic knowledge of operating a computer

Responsibilities:

• Developing and cultivating leads using multiple sources including door-to-door prospecting.
• Setting up face-to-face and phone meetings with qualified prospects.
• Assessing potential clients, negotiating favorable terms, and acquiring commitment.
• Managing relationships with clients.
• Providing documentation on new client acquisitions.
• Meeting quarterly and annual sales goals.

Remuneration:

• 100 % Commission Based
